Abstract

The work is devoted to the quantitative assessment of the reliability of bearing bearings sliding machines. Developed-on the design method for determining the tribological reliability of the bearings of the crankshaft automobile. The method of calculation of coefficient of variation of wear according to coefficients of contact pressure variation, friction path and coefficient of wear intensity is proposed. The functions of bearing bearing nodes reliability are constructed. It was established that the reliability of depositors from aluminum alloy in 1, 57 times higher than the reliability of depositors from the bronze alloy.
