Refinements for values of the coefficients of friction in the bearings and cylindrical trunnions chute.
Abstract
Many mechanical components and systems can not be built without the use of sliding bearings. Often bearings limit the period of operation of machines because of the lack of reliability tribo unit axle and bearing. Terms of bearings is deter-mined by many factors that are common to different vehicles. Some systems have a number of features that define the specif-ics of their bearings. All available features have a significant impact on the conditions of the bearings and their reliability. Reliability of the bearings, especially those that use bearing material with high fatigue resistance is mainly determined by the performance of their non-bully. The efficiency of bearings is broken due to wear of parts in the area due to the weakening of friction or bushings (bearings) in the landing. As the wear of parts increases the gap between them, which results in some cases led to shock, and others - to the misalignment of connecting circuits, and lubrication of the violation. It is shown that the recommended value in the existing literature of the reduced coefficient of friction in the bearing journals and cylindrical chute inflated by 2 times.References
