Abstract

The developed express-method of the kinetics tribocontact interaction investigation in the sliding bearing with small non-circularity of shaft and bush contours that allows under the generalized cumulative model of wear substantially quicken (even in 105 times) the solution of the evaluation of the degree and durability problems has been presented. The case of mixed (single-double-single area) contact when the shaft has the ovality of contour and the bush is of circular cross has been considered. As a result of the realized research the influence of the size of the constant cycle tribocontact interaction blocks on the durability of the bearings has been established. It is shown that the use of the interval-block scheme of calcula-tions allows to receive acceptable results, from the practical point of view.
