Abstract

Soil is considered as an element tribosystem "working body-soil", in which there is an interaction between the working bodies of tillage machines and the soil itself. Revealed that this changes the soil state, its properties and characteristics. In the tribology of soils the main attention focused at the mineral component of its solid phase, which forms the soil density. The distribution density of the depth of different soil types is considered. Found that, depending on the type of soil the maximum and minimum values of the density can be located at different depths. There four types of soil are characterized for soil of Ukraine. Shown that the coincidences of value equilibrium and optimal density of states the conditions for the implementation of self-organization of soil are given. Proved that changing the content of the organic component of the solid phase of the soil can achieve the conditions under which there is a process of self-organization of the soil. Shown that this distribution of humus and porosity of different soil types on their depth. Found that in a state of self-organization humus has a certain value. Experimentally in a special laboratory bench, the dependence of wear and WOTM samples from the humus content in the soil. It is shown that when a state of self-organization of the soil and the minimum amount of wear with a further increase of humus content is virtually unchanged. This dependence is exponential. The research samples and wear WOTM of sliding distance for a fixed content of humus in the soil. Dependence in this case is nonlinear. The data obtained can be used for establishing new patterns in tribology soil, for WOTM choice for soil with different density distribution in depth, the development of advanced technologies for processing of soil and the development of a number of measures to restore the necessary properties of soils.
