Abstract
The constructive properties of crank-shaft presses are restricting of technological possibility for followed preparing of billet form to design shape of forging-part and reducing of nomenclature of forged products was grounded. The method for received of profiled semi-finished parts by eccentric forging to upsetting of cylindrical billets by radial tool insertions was worked out and researched for application to condition for producing of forging parts by crank-shaft presses. The methodic and results of experimental researches of form changing of billets during eccentric plastic upsetting by radial tool insertions are expounded. The researches was made on physical models from lead for grounding of necessary for finding a new methods for producing profiled billets for volumetric die-forging with widening of nomenclatures of forging parts that punching by crank-shaft presses. Graphical depends of relative geometric indexes of form changing of billets from parameter of radius of radial tool insertions and degree of upsetting deformation during fixed parameter of eccentric rooting of forging tool are happened. Differences in depends of form changing of billets with relation of high to diameter 1,0 and 2,0 were showed for necessary in counting during designing of technological steps and modes for volumetric die-forging with reaching of economy of material resources and securing of high stability of die tools. The differences in form changing of billets with relation of high to diameter 1,0 and 2,0 allowing to producing of semi-finished parts for width nomenclature of forging parts: plates, plates with unsymmetrical growths, with bended axe. There are explain for forging parts with differences in dimensions of growth from diapason 1,1…2,0 can be including in to selection of forging parts with unsymmetrical growths.References
