Abstract

The results of laboratory studies of the effect of electrical discharge machining on the structural changes and tribological properties of steel 65G. It was found that as a result of electrical discharge machining steel 65G formed surface layer of dribnoholchastoyu martensitic structure, leading to the significant increases wear resistance of steel under sliding friction in weight loose abrasive
