Research cotton’s wear-resistance of treatment - bandage products.
Abstract
At the present time are relevant production and improvement of treatment-bandage products that used after opera-tions. Fabrics of construction for health-bandage products should bewearing capacity, durable and reliable, and also have guaranteed entry-level indicators of physical and mechanical properties. Wear-resistance of textile materials defined by their ability to withstand for a long period of action of destructive factors that may affect the fabric both separately and simultaneously in different combinations, depending on conditions of using. In this regard, this issue is devoted to the development of scientific bases of an integrated approach to the study of the durability of cotton fabrics of treatment-bandage products, which includes the use of settlement-experimental research methods using computer modeling. It was found that on the characteristics of research fabrics exert significant influence as the structure and physic-chemical properties and operating conditions, including the amount of washing. Considering the basic requirements for the production of fabrics for treatment-bandage products, developed the recommendations for their choice. It is presented the method to study the changes of fabric’s operating properties from the intensity of their wearing. Received analytical dependence allow in a wide range to conduct research of impact on the breaking load changes of geomet-ric dimensions and the number of washing. The research results can be applied for the optimal choice of materials for the manufacture of treatment-bandage products and determine the optimal conditions of their use.References
