Friction nodes are considered in this work, which are the most sensitive to the action of high loads, speeds and temperatures, which increase occurs during the intensification of equipment operation. The urgency of the work is to increase the reliability and durability of the friction units of machines and mechanisms that operate under high loads, speeds and temperatures. This problem is solved by increasing the lubricating properties of the lubricants used in the friction nodes. The purpose of the work was to determine the effect of fullereno-containing oils on the change of the physical and mechanical properties of the working surfaces of parts of the parts of the parts from the materials of the type "steel-steel". The physical and mechanical properties of the friction surfaces of the conjugations of samples and details were studied on an example of measurement of microhardness. For research, three lubricating compositions of engine oil were investigated: 1 - without additives; 2- 1,5% of fullerene additive; 3- 3% fullereneadditive.</p><p>It has been shown that the lubricating compositions No. 2 and No. 3 show greater reinforcing effects on the working surfaces of the parts than the basic sample of lubricant composition No. 1. The lubricant composition No. 3 provides the best working properties of the three-way components, which determine the effect on their macro- and microgeometry and, as consequence, provides an increase in the resource. The established regularities of relative changes in the values ​​of the reduction of weight wear can correlate with the resource of triangular parts.</p> ER -
