Abstract

Effect was found no effect of doping on 1 - 5 % chromium steel abrasive wear resistance medium carbon steel after HTMP a simultaneous significant increase of boundary strength. Showing impossibility of ideas on mechanisms for the destruction of the bulk analysis of the nature of the abrasive damage. It is proved that under strength basis abrasive wear mechanism should understand the emergence of resistance to lateral subsurface cracks.
