Abstract

The analysis method to increase efficiency of lubrication-cooling fluids, namely magnetic field. The results of research on improving the wear resistance of cutting tools with the use of lubrication-cooling liquid treated magnetic field. Proposed cavity technology improve the lubricating properties of the cooling lubricant on water basis with the mineral - shungite and equipment for its implementation. Investigated changes in their basic parameters in time. Through analysis of crystalline precipitates drop of water shows the change of the structure of water and its properties.
